Because Strongman is a fairly young niche sport, scientific research on strongman events is a new and growing field. Our coaches keep up with the latest research on Strongman, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Crossfit®, and Bodybuilding to blend the best information for Strongman athletes.

Coaching is a collaborative process where you and your coach evaluate your needs and develop strategies for you to succeed. Our goal is to help you become the best athlete you can be while maintaining health and happiness.

Coach Greg

Greg Schiltz is a Registered Dietitian and strength coach who specializes in helping people achieve their best performance with a holistic approach that includes preferences, lifestyle, and mental health as programming variables. He works with anyone who wants to get stronger whether they are a beginner lifter or a professional athlete.

  • Master of Public Health in Nutrition

  • Registered Dietitian

  • Holds the USS National Record for Farmers’ Hold

Coach Pete

Peter Herguth is a Lightweight Amateur Strongman competitor and Pro Natural Bodybuilder. Peter is a strength and physique coach with an emphasis on performance and multi-sport training. Peter works with athletes interested in improving performance in Strongman or Bodybuilding as well as those who compete in multiple disciplines.
